Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Aurum Capital platform, website, mobile applications, or any associated services (collectively, "Services"), you enter into a binding legal agreement with Aurum Capital Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales (Company No. 09876543), authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA Ref: 987654).
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Risk Disclosure Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurum Capital. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
These Terms apply to all users including prospective investors, registered account holders, and institutional clients. References to "you" or "User" encompass all of the above.
Account Eligibility
To create and maintain an Aurum Capital account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher
- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law
- Not be a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction (see Schedule A)
- Not be subject to any regulatory bar, disqualification, or sanctions designation
- Successfully complete our KYC/AML verification process to the satisfaction of our compliance team
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times
Opening an account on behalf of another person, or providing false identification, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, asset freezing, and referral to relevant authorities.
Permitted Use
The Aurum Capital platform is provided exclusively for lawful investment activity. You agree to use the Services only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree NOT to:
- Engage in market manipulation, spoofing, layering, or any form of abusive trading practice
- Use automated trading systems, bots, or scripts without our prior written authorisation
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security or authentication features
- Access, scrape, or extract platform data through unauthorised means
- Use the platform to launder funds, finance terrorism, or conduct any illegal financial activity
- Share, transfer, or permit unauthorised access to your account credentials
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any platform software or proprietary algorithms
Fees & Charges
Aurum Capital operates a transparent, tiered fee structure. All fees are disclosed prior to transaction execution and no hidden charges apply.

Fees are subject to annual review and any changes will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days prior notice. All fee schedules are available in full in your account settings under "Fee Disclosure".
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aurum Capital, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to:
- Investment losses, whether resulting from market movements, execution delays, or platform downtime
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security
- Third-party actions including hacking, fraud by external parties, or regulatory actions against underlying assets
Our aggregate liability for claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (i) fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (ii) £1,000 / $1,250.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder, subject to the arbitration provisions below.
You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting legal@aurumcapital.com in the first instance. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may escalate to binding arbitration under the LCIA Rules, with arbitration conducted in London in the English language before a sole arbitrator.
Retail investors in the UK and EU may also escalate unresolved complaints to the relevant Financial Ombudsman Service, which offers free, independent dispute resolution.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. Aurum Capital uses cookies and similar technologies (pixel tags, local storage, session tokens) to operate the platform, recognise you on return visits, and improve your experience.
